• Financial Preferences: CPF OA balance, cash-on-hand, and income details entered for buying power calculations. This data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

Property transaction data is sourced from publicly available government datasets including HDB, URA, and data.gov.sg. School information is sourced from the Ministry of Education. MRT station data is sourced from LTA and OneMap.

We do not sell your personal information. Your buyer data (search history, financial inputs, filter preferences) is never shared with any third party, including agents.

We may share limited data only with:

• Service Providers: Payment processors and hosting providers who assist in operating our platform.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

Separately, agents who subscribe to ad placements voluntarily make their professional profile (name, agency, CEA number, photo, and contact details) publicly visible to buyers browsing properties in their selected districts.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your financial preferences (CPF, cash, income) are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to our servers. Agent account data is stored securely with encrypted passwords. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect all stored data.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to remember your language preference, theme setting, and filter configurations. To count visits, we also store a random identifier in your browser; it is not linked to your name, email, or any other personal data. We also record anonymous interaction events, such as clicks, scroll depth and time on page, against the same random identifier to understand how the site is used. These events are deleted after 30 days and are never shared with third parties. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Buyer users can clear all locally stored data by clearing their browser storage.
